Big Rig Alcoa Wheels

I sure like the looks of those Alcoa slotted big Rig looking wheels, in say a 19.5" size Does anyone know what is needed to do this on a 2WD. Adapters, suspension, etc. I am dreaming but soooomeday I would like to do this.

Not sure of 19.5 but the real ones are 22.5 size. Usually on a dually truck you need the 8 to 10 lug adapter ( $800 per set) and tires. For Ex, I think you stick with floaters with 22.5s...
