Can't find any place that lists the replacement bushing kits for the 4x4 Excursion. For F250/350 you just press the old ones out and replace with the energy susp kit....will these F250/350 ones work on an EX ? same size etc?
Yes they will. I just did mine a couple weeks ago. Found them on Amazon for $34.70 I believe it was. Do a search on Energy Suspension kit 4.5186G. That's how I found mine.
I bought links for F350 and Excursion from powerstrokeshop - both trucks were the same part #'s IIRC (there is a left and a right for the links!). Bushing kits should be the same too!
Excellent ! thanks guys......wonder why the Energy suspension site says they won't fit Excursion then ????? They are losing alot of sales from Excursion guys
Just did the Energy Suspension F250 kit (includes the end-links and the sway-bar bushings) and can vouch that the fit is perfect.
As a side note about the install... you can't do the endlink bushing replacement without a press. It took around 1000 psi to press out the old bushings.

Sure you can. I did. Large socket and a 3 lb ballpein hammer worked beautifully...Make sure the sway bar bushings are 36mm(45180G). The F-250 has a smaller diameter bar, so they don't fit the Ex. End link bushings are the same as 1999-2004 F-250

These are from http://www.suspension.com/fordtruck4wd.html. I bought mine there.
I am not at all mechanically inclined but if you replace the whole endlink, you don't have to press out the bushing right? I just purchased the K80043 link kit from Advance as well as the k80202 bushings both by Moog. Did I buy the right parts?
