Question Looking at the F-650 dash panel

www.partsguyed.com

180.00 two hole

132.00 one hole.

114.00 black

38.00 grey

Obviously there is a major price difference between some of the panels. Is the difference because the grey is more avaliable, molds used, or materials that make them up.

I would like to get one of them. I like the grey or black.

Black: How many switches can be fitted above gauges?

Grey: I can make a second hole for another gauge not problems.

Thanks,

Al

Best person to ask is where you got the info from...PartsGuyEd.

I'd say buy the cheapest one cut out the holes you need and paint to match.... guess I'm not sure what you are trying to ask...

I went with the black one. A good place to mount my Livewire and plenty of space for switches for my air compressor, train horns and upfitter.

I wanted to see if the product quality is the same in the most expensive one and the least expensive one.

I too would just buy the least expensive one and dril another hole and paint it to match. I still have to buy the paint. I believe ITP.com still sells it.

Thank you,

Al.

I have done quite a bit of thought on this. I am going to end up with 3 ARB switches, 2 front light switches for the new Buckstop bumper, 1 winch power switch (relay), 1 for rear bumper lights. A total of 7 switches. I really had nowhere to put them. This mod will leave me with 9 switch locations. More for the future when I get a top rack with lights.

With the air bag controls on the left, and a Aeroforce Tech single pod on the pillar, I think I'll be in business this year. got to find out more details though. It would be the gray one for $38.

How do you handle the installation of the switch carriers since there is not a cross brace or piece between the hrizontal rows?

Pro-Fit, International, I have been using their mounts on every vehicle, very model specific and they fit like a dream.

I added the holster mount on the back of the TILT, and put a slide in mount on the Pro-Fit.

My Ex will be down a lot this winter and early spring for all the work I'm doing to it. I'm sloooow but thorough. Besides, I don't want to have to show up and crawl away in shame from having a near stock Ex, now can I?

I don't know when or where the get together is. Sounds like fun.
