HI and welcome to FTE! It's nice to have you here.
Shoot it's been a very full day of discussions and your thread got pushed down pretty quick. This will help bring it back up to the top of the list.
I don't know if it will work for your 60, but I am rebuilding my entire 51 front end and considering front discs now too.
Here is the link to my thread - check it out. Both BobbyTNM and AX (two of our best folks) have posted places for Disc Brake Conversion Kits.
Maybe those companies will work for you. I've asked for links on the companies so stay tuned!...If nothing else, let me bump this back up for you.

My 59 is an F250,and is 8-lug, your F350 very well may be 6-lug.Nevertheless, all of the disc conversion kits are based on half ton,5-lug wheels. You'd then have to carry two different sized spares, plus different wheels on the vehicle. Also, possibly, the spindles might need changing.I elected to just skip it.You might try doing a search, someone is bound to have found a way to accomplish that, but probably with a lot of time ,effort, and, probably,- money.Steve.
