Not much to those really- If you have the remains of an existing harness, I can build you a new one. I have all my stuff out right now since I'm building one for a Subaru.

These "400" wiring harnesses are not all the same!

What year and type of vehicle is it?

400: 1971/79 Passenger Cars/Ranchero's // 1977/79 F100/350 // 1978/82 Bronco // 1980/82 F150/350 // 1980/82 Econoline.

If an F100/350, Bronco or Econoline: The dash harness depends on whether you have oil/amp gauges or idiot lights.

If a Ranchero, with/without a tachometer.

There are...at least...four other types of wiring harnesses involved. These are usually different year to year, are specific to all these vehicles.

(1) Engine gauge feed harness / (2) A/C harness / (3) Alternator harness / (4) Headlight/Parklamp harness.

The A/C Clutch harness is separate. It is not part of the engine gauge feed harness.
