aliddlebit of a rough idle

when im stopped my rpms dip down a little bit too far causing the truck to shake,

what are some things i should look into?

It sounds like you have a miss at idle, or at low RPM.

I would check out the following:

1. Idle Air Controller
2. Coil on Plugs (COP's)
3. Bad spark plug
4. MAF
5. Throttle Position Sensor

It's likely the IAS or COP though. We would need a little more info though.

There is no IAC on the 3V modulars.
