volare IFS template

Does anybody have a set of templates for the volare ifs in a 55 f100.

I could also use some. I had the no-limit Volare installation video but I've either loaned it out or misplaced it somewhere...

That would be great. I e-mailed bob's 100 and they want 150 for a set. kind of high for me.
