Engine rpm's fluctuate at idle

My engines rpm's are fluctuating about 150 rpm's at idle. is there something I can look at to try to fix this?

BTW I have only been a member for a couple weeks now and I will be becoming a paid member tonight. What a cool board

Thanks

Need a bit more information such as the mileage, any mods, did this just start .. etc.
First thought is to change the oil if it has not been done in a while.

It is on the right side of the fuel filter/bowl facing the engine. The fpr has a schrader valve on it. It kinda looks like a box. Someone will chime in with more details or a pic I currently don have a pic of it.

You can get to it if you take your fuel filter cap off pull the filter and look inside on the right top side there is a hole inside is the screen if you are not up to pulling the fuel pressure regulator you can take a Q- tip pull the swab end off and use the swab less Q tip to gently scrape off the screen but do it gently

HUGE thanks to WALJON for the tip. I had a similar idle problem and was due for a fuel filter change anyway. Sure a SH** the screen was blocked solid. Truck runs MUCH better. It made my night. If only my trans was 100%
