Idle fluctuation when up to temp?
OK as you all know I rebuild the Mules engine on my sig about a month ago everything is working perfect and as it should but I have fluctuations at idle and only at idle when truck is up to temp between 650 600 rpm it fluctuates, my PCM ain't updated to work with OBDll so diagnostics is kind of hard to figure out. Only thing I've checked so far is fuel pressurewith a mechanical gauge I'm at 65 psi at idle and 55psi @ WOT under load, IPR looked almost new didn't bother replacing the o rings, ICP connector is bone dry, fuel filter looks brand new after the 2500 miles I've put on the rebuild. Anything missing or that I should check? All input is welcome.
