leaf spring bracket rusted out

Try the link below, they used to be the lowest price in town. They also have all the bolts, bushings & shackles needed for the repair. I suggest getting everything from the spring eye to the frame...most of it either won't come apart or gets destroyed getting it apart.
BTW, those brackets are notorious for rotting through. I replace a least 2-3 sets a year in my shop. All of the new(er) brackets come with a drain hole to let the dirt and water out.

I used the Stengle brothers ones also, I think Cuda recommended them to me also. Nice kit with everthing in it and fit well. I used a torch to take mine off, just be careful not to cut into the frame. If you use a grinder, which is going to be somewhat of a pain because there isn't much room, you still need to be careful because you will have sparks flying around. I also have a class 3 hitch and I torched a hole in each side of the bracket that hangs down from the frame so I could get the bolt into the shackle and spring eyelet.
Should be able to do it in an afternoon, some of it will depend on the choosen method of removal.

Been there, a few years ago, mine looked just like that. I needed truck going ASAP, got mine from Ford (They stock them, what does that tell you?) for something like $40 - $50 each if I recall. I had to get new shackles, too, since the bushings were shot in them and I had to trash the whole assembly.
EDIT: Just looked at that link from Stengel, that's a great price, IMO. $125 for both mounts, both shackels, and all the bolts from one source. If you can wait for shipping, I'd be all over that...

Holy crap! how long of a bolt are you using? I have about 4" of clearance between my bolt and the fuel tank
Stengle brothers are great, i use them all the time

I think he means the bolts that replace the rivets used to hold the bracket onto the frame. They are PITA to install...it's tight between the frame and tank. I taped the nut onto a wrench and threaded the bolt onto it from the outside of the frame.

We ended up getting all the parts from Stengel Brothers. The had to order the front mount since its technically a 350 mount on a 250 truck (this thing drives us nuts with parts sometimes). Everything went pretty easily, but all the vibration from the air chisel ended up finishing off the rear fuel tank. Looks like the rubber between the tank and strap broke down and wore through the tank. Thats a project for next week though.
Thanks for the advice guys!

Want extra fuel capacity?.....You can use a Bronco rear fuel tank (33 gallons) instead of the OEM (19 gallons). Look HERE
Or better yet you can get a 38 gallon rear tank from a '88 - '89 F-350.
