OK I recently bought a truck 95 f-350 crew cab for a really good deal, only thing is it does not start , it will turn over and alomost fire. It had water in the oil and oil in the water turned out to be that someone forgot to put an O ring back on the oil cooler. I fixed that put in new glow plugs changed the valve cover gaskets with the wiring and the pig tails that go into them. I still have the same problem will not start. I have white smoke comming out the tail pipe. Glow plug soleinoid maybe ? anyone got any idea's I am out of them.

How much have you cranked on it since the oil cooler repair ?...
got it started finally. not sure what i did but it runs sure alot of steam comming out of the valve cover though with all water that was left in the motor
Have you drained the oil and replaced it with fresh oil? I wouldn't run it anymore until that's done. If the oil is emulsified, it has very low viscosity and it can do a lot of damage to a motor.
yup did that , prob going to do that a couple of times so i can clean her right out. anyone know if there is something you can put into the oil system to do a oil flush?
yes there is steam comming out of the valve covers, it runs a bit ruff like it has a miss motor shakes kinda at an idle almost seems like its not firing all the injectors, and the check engine light is on
