I have used this in my outboard with excellent results. My question is does it affect the cats or oxygen sensor in my 1988 F150?

My truck is bone stock and in 4 years, i've never had a problem. I put a can in the gas tank at every oil change. My truck is pushing 175k miles, it doesn't burn any oil, and i've never had a major problem with the motor. Thus, i've never seen the need to put it in the engine oil. I've used it a few times to clean the vacuum lines, but that didn't seem to affect anything, so I stopped. It seems to be keeping my fuel system clean so I'm sure I'll keep using it. You shouldn't have any problems.

Absolutely not...I have used it on both my Jeeps I used to own and my wifes Lexus...great stuff..I slowly trickled it in to the throttle body or carb...when the can is empty shut the engine off for approx 10 min..then turn it back on..and let it idle for awhile..and if you have a dirty top half engine you will find out real fast....I know many fellas that have used it this way and now their engine is running real smooth....just don't dump it down to fast or you can flood your engine out...does not hurt converter or sensors.....using it in gas is fine also.
