Finally after 5 weeks of waiting and preperation my truck arrived friday. I took delivery of it Monday and boy its perfect! My dealer seems to think there was a DVD included with the navigation system that installs the nav system. He cant find it though. Does this DVD or CD exist or is he crazy cuz my nav seems to be fully installed already. Anyway i love the truck, i got all the options. Got it from the small dealer and im very glad i did!

that is one beeeaaaaauuuutttttiiiiiifffffuuuulllllllllllllllll truck. i love the flame blue mettalic trucks. If i re-paint my flareside i might just have to get it this color.

You got my dream truck!! Congrats. The one thing I don't like is the black grill makes it look cheaper, I hope ford comes out with the ptm grill for the lux package like they did in 07.

Thanks for all the replies! yeah the color really is amazing to see in person as well. The black grill isnt my favorite but its growing on me quickly. Oh and get this. with 95 miles on this tank of gas so far im gettin 18.3MPG. Driving roughly 60mph and im out in the country so i get on a road and it goes for rougly 5 miles before i have to come to a stop sign so im super happy!

 

what is the drive train. 5.4 or 3v 4.6 or 2v 4.6? 6 speed or 4 speed?

congrats, looks great! I was going to get the same blue FX4 luxury, but decided to get the Platinum instead. I never heard of a DVD for these new navi systems, mine didn't have one.

I think some type of chrome grille insert would look great on your truck. Maybe wait and see what the new billet grilles look like on the 2010 XLT or Lariat chrome packages, should be able to install one of them pretty easily.
