Sanderson Headers
I ordered a set of sanderson FC3 headers for my truck and I very dissapointed with the quality. Most of the welds where full of porosity and one of the reducers was well pretty much a joke. When they are bolted to the heads there is 1/8 gap across the front of ever port because the ports are bigger than the exhaust side of the head and the flange has about 1/8 bow in it. I thought these were supposed to be high end and I bought them to replace my cheesy flow techs that I had to dent up for my engine swap. Any body else have problems I thought I was going to get good stuff. There are pics in my gallery sorry I don't know how to include them in my post.

There are a lot of imitators. The difference between a low quality header and the expensive stuff is in the details. Hope they still work out for you. Even some better know brand names can be shoddy. I purchased a set of Pacesetters and was disappointed by the cheapness of them. Sloppy welds, cheap paint, rough edges, and poor fitments on the collector. If I ever buy headers again, I'm getting the good stuff. JBA makes some of the nicest headers I've seen.

Yeah I wasn't very happy at all when I opened the box, I don't complain often but I was really kinda ticked off that the $100 flo tecs were better built than what I bought to replace them. I am currently seeking my refund but so far no response I will call tomorrow and see what they say since they don't feel like responding to e-mail.
