I,m going with cragars myself in fact I just ordered a pair for the rear just 5 minutes ago. There are a number of guys on here with cragers and they have them in their galleries. I,m sure they will kick in some pictures for you. I went with the 15x8 with 3 1/2 inch backspacing.
Summit sells them on line or by phone if you need a set backspaced thats not listed.

I have used a set of Cragar SS wheels on my truck as rollers during the building process. I intend to use American 200S wheels when it finally hits the street. The picture below has the truck with both styles on it. I had just polished up the lips on the 200's and I had to stick them on to see what they look like. The Cragars are 15x10 and the 200's are 15x8. The rear fenders are 3" wider than stock and the rear measures 58 1/2" flange to flange, and the wheel backspacing is 4".
I don't have any clearance issues on the rear fenders with this setup. I know your truck is bagged and you have the wider fenders. If your rear measures close to 58" you should be able to drop it down and not hit your fenders. I guess I'm assuming that you want to run wide wheels.
I guess I'm old school on wheels, but I don' think you can beat the look of polished torque thrusts on these F100's. And if you're into the bigger dia. rims, I think american is making the torque thrust in bigger diameters.
