TFI module
Fuel filter
plugs and wires
Triple checked for vac leaks
cleaned the trigger wheel for the pickup coil
Ive got good spark and 120 lbs of compression across the board.

Does it start to run properly and then over time begin to misfire? Or has it never run correctly? If it has never run correctly are you sure you have your firing order correct?
If it does run properly for a bit and then die have you tried replacing the cap and rotor as well?
It sounds like stuck injectors, which you replaced. Or no spark. I have seen a case where spark was present outside the cylilnder but once the plug was back in and there was cylinder pressure it wouldn't fire. Maybe a bad cap and rotor? Just a guess though.
Good luck it sounds like a cool project!

This sounds like the problem that happens when you have the O2 sensors reversed on a sequential efi system, but that should not be the problem here since there should be only one O2 sensor and the injectors are batch fired. The system you should have fires the injectors in 2 groups of 4, meaning all injectors in the group share a single signal and ground wire, for a total of 3 wires in the complete injector harness. Cylinders 1,4,5,8 are on 1 bank, and 2,3,6,7 are on the other. Are you absolutely sure you have a '90 truck harness and computer and that the injector harness is on correctly?

I removed the harness carefully from the van myself. The engine section of the harness hasnt been touched. The computer code is A9J.I pulled all of it out of a 90 E250
Everything came from the same van.

I have it wired as a standard 302 ( i tried the windsor firing order and couldnt get it to crank)
It does look like the motor was replaced at one time in the van its a (1994) F4 block and has a roller cam.

Well it seems a late 302 will run 180* out of time if wired like a older model 302.
swapped the wires around to the h.o order and turned it 180* and all fixed.
