Good tire shop in CR area?

Hey guys,

I need a rotate/balance.

Anyone know of a shop in the CR area that is good with big trucks with lifts and larger tires?

I know when I worked for cedar valley transport we took our semi's down to heartland tire at 5825 6th Street SW they seemed to do fine with semi tires.

BTW I just saw your thread about breaking down a while back, sounded like you got it going but you can holler at me if your over close to DesMoines or Newton areas and anything happens.

I'm thinking Midwest Wheel does tire installs, I know they carry a lot of truck accessories like rims, and running boards... If it isn't a rush, I can try to ask at work to see where the guys with the lifts are going...

Thanks guys!

Roger I was hoping to get it done today, I am leaving for Denver tomorrow. I will check both of these places.

However, if the guys you work with know someone who is good with lifts, I'd like to know anyway. I think you get better balancing from someone who knows the big offroad tires.

Roger I hope you saw my shoutout to you in the HELP thread on the 7.3 section. Thank you, for all of your help last week.

Rob - yeah what a mess. I was fighting with 3 separate problems, talk about confusing! Are you part of the RHN? Thank you for the offer..but how would I go about contacting you?

I used to be on the RHN but can't seem to log on anymore. It was because of me and Kennedy that program got started (I helped him when he had a problem pulling a trailer through here)

Lisa, did you get your tires rotated?
Have they gone out of balance that you need to do it again?
If you need to just rotate them, stop by in the afternoon and we can get it done. I'll probably have to use the loader tractor to jack it up since you have it lifted so much!

Hey Adam,

Yes I did get it done. Going out of town tomorrow so I wanted her rolling smooth on the highway.

These tires and wheels get thrown off balance easily. I need new tires...and new wheels for that matter.

Thanks for the offer. Jack her up with the front end loader huh? LOL.
