ok, any other thoughts then?
Maybe its just the steering wheel is tilted to the left and its just in my mind that its pulling right?

The reason it is pulling right is that you have no caster split. These trucks like about .9 degree less caster on the left side.

Well when the tire shop switched my front tires left to right it sort of made it a hair worse in the same direction. So tonight i switched them back and put a couple more pounds of air pressure in both tires and drove it, that seemed to cure it for the most part. Its pretty straight now and not pulling, i think i might have just had a couple pounds less in one tire.

How much crown is on the roads that you drive on. If you live in the South you can add a 1/2 degree camber to the left side. Also, if your steering wheel is not centered you need have them set the steering centerline . This puts the rack at a neutral position.

You might try rotating the tires and see if that helps. Tires worn from a previous bad alignment can have an effect on how it drives.

I rotated the tires front to back. Steering wheel is still tilted to the left a bit. But i did notice that if i get on the highway and up to 65-70 mph, it seems fine, its slow driving that affects it. Our roads do have some crowning in them, you can see it going down the road. Also i have bigger than stock tires on, would that just magnify the pulling to the right because of the crowning? Thanks!

xjcamaro89, I am having the same problem.

Look at my thread here...

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...-question.html

Alignment all checks out, I swear it is the tires.

I go back to the shop today, that is if they can get my original generals in. They will put them back on to see if that changes anything.

This will be tire set number 4 within 3 weeks

I have another set of rims and tires, the stock tire size. They just arent mounted yet and they will go on in a month or two after it starts getting nice. Hoping that the other tires will solve it. Its not causing any harm, its just bothersome to me.

Same here, it is just annoying as hell.

I also found out that the General Ameritrac TR are being discounted, they (the shop) are having a hard time locating them. If they can't find a set of four...IDK.

Anyone have any more thoughts? The more i drive it the more i notice that no matter how i rotate the tires the steering wheel still wants to be to the left and pulls slightly to the right. And again its not that bad just to the point of annoying.

Anyone think that shocks could have anything to do with it or any other suspension part?

Here's today's update.

They switched out the two front tires for another two new ones. They balanced them but had to break them down to reposition them on the rim to get a good balance.

Took it for a drive and no better, I thought it was worse.

Also something to note. The wind is blowing here about 25-35mph gusting to 40mph. With the wind blowing from the right the truck still pulls hard right...

I am really getting tired of this, I talked the the manger of the shop and they are giving me ALL of my money back and will put 4 new generals back on.

So what are my thoughts on the new Michelin's LTX AT2's....Pff

xjcamaro89, my alignment all checks out so I don't know if something else could be causing it or not....will tell Friday with the stockers go back on.

I don't think shocks should have anything to do with it.

If your steering wheel is to the left and it is pulling to right, I would try setting the steering center line. It's worth a try.
