I have a 93 Bronco XLT - 302 5.0L engine with all stock exhaust right now. I was wondering if any of you had any input on what I should run for a custom exhaust. I will be running a Y pipe because True Duals would be illegal and I'd rather not deal with that. Some questions I have are 2 2/1" or 3" pipes...should I come off the manifold or the converter...and mainly i've been looking at glasspack and flowmaster. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a nice throaty sound.

Your post was a little confusing. You said you wanted to use the
y-pipe. Then you said, didn't know whether to run from manifolds or convertors.
There is a whole lot of opinions in here just didn't totally understand what your asking.
