03 E250 MIL and dont know where to start!!

hey guys,
i got a 03 E250 with a 4.2 v6. The MIL is on and i got the codes P1131 and P1151 from it. those codes are system lean HO2S B1S1 and B1S2, one sensor for each code. anyone have any advice on where to start?

Are those codes the HEGO not switching/lean code? If so you're 02 sensors have lost their ground, or are toast.
