Emissions warranty

Hi All,
What is the emissions warranty for a 2001 Ford F250 SD? I think it is different from the vehicle or drive train warranty, am I correct? Ithink thinking it is 50,000 or 100,000 miles. My catalytic converter is rattling at 96,000 miles.

federal emissions is 5yr 80k miles on the converter. you're out of luck. Are you sure it's rattling inside? Are there no driveability issues?
