SRW vs. DRW Axle widths

I'm looking for a SRW axle for my '93 F-250/350 (I swapped the front for a D60 already) geared in 4.10. Tough to find as SRW - plenty of dually axles available. Exactly how much wider is a dually axle? I figure my front axle is already a couple inches wider than the rear - maybe I can run a dually rear with singles and get away with it.
