73-79 F600?

73-79 F600?
While wandering around a local yard, I found an F600 (I believe). Looked like the same dentside cab and doors we use on the 73-79. However, it had a nifty dashboard setup with 3 large gauges (vacuum, tach, speedo) and 4 smaller gauges (oil fuel temp amps). Yes I know the cluster is different. Would the *entire dashboard* assembly swap into a 73-79 F100/F350?

I'm not 100% positive, but I don't think it's a simple bolt in. On my 76 F600, it seems to me that the whole fire wall panel matches a 67-73 as does the dash. It's like they combined parts from two era's of cabs to come up with the medium duty cabs. I can't remember exactly what is different, but the fire wall and dash structure match the 72 cab I have on my plow truck, but obviously, the rest of the cab matches the 73-79 body lines.
Like I said, I'm not 100% sure, it's been too long since I looked at it to remember for sure. What I do remember is thinking that a normal 73-79 cab would not be a direct swap for the F600, if(when) that one rusts out.
Anyone else know for sure???

The reason behind the 1968-1972 dash in the 1973-1979 F-600 or higher, is because simply the 1973-1979 pickup dash would not fit because of firewall issues. The vfirewall of the F-600 is vastly different to a pickup.
Doors are swappable, along with hoods and windshield and back glass with the 1973-1979 pickups... Not much else.
