Thumbs up Welcome to our new member- Duck Fan

Hey everyone,

I would like to welcome our newest member Duck Fan (Peter) to our chapter. Here is some information about Peter.

I own a 2000 Excursion 7.3 PSD 4x4. i live in Prunedale which is between Salinas and Gilroy along US101.

My wife and I use the Ex to haul around her two horses as well as horses for the therapeutic program she volunteers with. Its the same program Nolan (4inchlovin) works for. We also use the Ex to haul our 7 kids around.

I am pretty well versed in gassers but I'm learning the diesel world pretty fast. I have done a few mods here and there but nothing "too extreme" yet.

Previously I have owned an '03 Expedition, and a 59 F100. I've also owned a ton of other cars. Currently keeping the Excursion company are a 98 Volvo V70R AWD and a 96 Miata.

I'm glad to be part of the group and am always available to pitch in or just have a good time.
It's great to have another member with a newer Ford who is modifying it. We are a fun group that is helpful, funny, on an occasion, pretty smart. Welcome aboard.

Karl

Karl,

I'm willing to wager that this is at least the third mistake you've made in your life.

All I need to arrange is a short conversation with your wife?

Welcome aboard. I look forward to meeting you.

Okay, fixed...but I left the above posts in place to keep you humble...

Welcome aboard, Peter. Nice area you live in. I've been down to Hollister Hills OHV park a couple of times, and will be at the Rennaissance fair at Casa de Fruita weekend after next.

Welcome Peter.

You'll have a blast here.

I've met only two Nor Cal Members, fastmover (Karl) and TigerDan (Dan) and if
they're anything like the rest, you'll, along with the new members, will have
some good people to associate with.

LOL! Nolan is right. No DSL at the house. I have to be at work to be on here. Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I have been lurking around here for a while now but decided to pop my head up and get involved.

My step sons race MX out at Hollister. Nolan and I have been talking about hitting the mud drags they do out at Hollister sometime soon. That and my wife and I are looking at a piece of property right down the road from Casa de Fruita. Small world.

Cool! I'll be at Hollister Hills on the 3rd for a meet with my Rover club, then on Sat. morning I have to cut out early to zip over to Casa to perform at the Renn faire with my music group. Way too much to do in one weekend...
