Jared, what would be your suggestions for opening up my exhaust? Do you think I could get away w/o cats? (I think they're giving out) Any thoughts?

 

I just got home from a good eve at the track. New/used turbo goes on the truck tomorrow until the brand new gets here. Been busy with work too.

The EFI dual exhaust manifolds, the front half of the factory cat pipe for those as well, back to just after the O2s passage so you have a crossover for balance, then dual 2" pipes with turbo mufflers. Your truck might have to be set up a little differently than my old F250 since it's so much shorter.
You will want an Offenhauser intake as well, you need to grind the exhaust manifolds just a little to clear, but nothing major.

I've been on the road all afternoon, picking up more parts.

 

Just got home from installing a new used/temp turbo and getting another 7.3 diesel motor ready for install tomorrow. Kinda neat to see how everything goes together. This motor is a for sure 500hp.
