I think it is a 4R70W the pan is different.I put my original wiring from my transmission and i test drove it and it shifts normal even with out the driver side oxygen sensor.Should i just keep looking for the E40D wiring with the oxygen sensor?

The E4OD/EEC-4 ECU is probably not equipped to accept a second O2, even with aftermarket tuning. Get the stock O2 sensor as close to the exhaust collector as possible and it'll work fine.

If this is the same ECU that you've been running since the swap, then yes.

Just for reference: The ECM code for a Mass-air 351 w/ E4OD is AKCO as per the original Motorsport mass-air conversion. Don't know if that helps any.

The AKC0 does not use/need a second sensor, however, there are a few that do. If you have one of those then you can wire and plumb in a second O2 sensor; you'll need a print that shows where to connect the wires too.
