'67 designed car heads.

Look at the top of the SBF forums, there is a link to part number decode info.

C = 1960s,
7 = 7th year, 1967.
A is full size cars,
E is for engine.

Can't decode the rest, perhaps Numberdummy will pass by again.

CRs in '67.... 9.2 or 9.5 for the regular fuel 2bbl
10.1, maybe 10.5 for premium fuel.

Trucks would have been in the 8s.

Regardless of heads, pistons come into play here also.

Is this an original engine or has it been rebuilt/rehashed over the years?

The letter at the end of the referenced casting numbers...for example C5AE - C...the C is the revision level of the casting. The DIF is Dearborn Iron Foundry...from what I have heard this is where all FE engines were born...true or not, Im not certain, but I wouldnt put it past them as thats the main plant if Im not mistaken...
As for truck specific parts...the only thing I have run across that is a truck piece is my original RH exhaust m/fold had a huge T cast in it...right in the middle of it.

AFAIK from the decoder info, the truck engineered part would read:

C7TE.
