The guy that I am working with showed me plans for a "push-pull" reactor. Supposedly produces higher quality bio, and claims to so good no washing is needed (sorry, I don't think I push it that far, but if it is better quality going into the wash...) Anyway curious as to what your opinions are.

He's another bio "nut" that has done some great work. I haven't built his processor, but other's I know have and think it's great.

 

this answered a few remaining questions that we had on how to make a few different parts. thanks again, will forward this to my partner.

 

I use his GL! process and built my processor accordingly. Works great so far. Working on a centrifuge to speed up the finish fuel time so as to not have to relay on settling 100% to filter out the soaps.
