Front Bumper Bolts and Backing Plate- Source?

I need the four acorn-headed bolts and the two backing-plates that mount the front-bumper near the tow-hooks on my 2000 Excursion.

I've tried to find them through the online catalogs for Ford parts, but can't seem to come up with them that way (they're not listed).

Are there any options besides having to deal with my local Ford dealer's parts-department (not my favorite place) and paying full price?

Is it really a backing plate, or just the standard captive bolt/nut combo used on ford chassis. If it is the captive bolt scenario, then there is no reason you can not use hardware store bolts with grade 8 washers. A backing plate would be thick metal 1/4 inch or so, most of the chassis bolts are just connected by a thin sheet metal plate. This is to you can install them without needing a backup wrench to tighten. Handy, but only in a couple instances is it mandatory.

It is an actual backing-plate with threaded holes.

I feel kind of stupid to even be needing them. I removed an aftermarket brush-guard that came on the truck which used those bolts, and thought they were just for mounting that bar, so I included them when I sold the guard to someone from Craigslist.

It was only when the front of my bumper began to sag that I realized they ALSO held up the bumper...

Thankfully, 2002 F350V10's set should solve my sagging bumper!
