He might be a US citizen apparently too. In cases like this idiot, I'd almost prefer the crowd just take care of the problem themselves.

If he lived I bet he wouldn't drink and drive again.

From the story, the crowd almost DID take care of it.

That is just an amazing photo, though. It just about tells the story by itself, just not the drunken part.
