Ceramic brake pads
Does anyone know or have ceramic brake pads for their 07 and up yet? I am getting an 07 Expedition next week and it will be one of the first things I want to do. I have had F150's and an Expedition before and swear by the ceramic pad!! Eliminates the brake dust problem Ford is plagued by. Or maybe someone knows if the brake pads on the 07 and up are the same as the newer F150's or 06 and down Expy's.
Thanks,
Cory

Pads con't
I may have just answered my own question. I just found a listing for Akebono ceramic pads for the 07 at Auto Parts Warehouse | Car Parts, Truck Parts & Auto Body Parts Online - Free Shipping on most Auto Accessories & Performance Parts - AutoPartsWarehouse. Looks like they are the same throughout the years.

Pads and Rotors
Now I just found a package deal on Ebay that has brand new slotted and drilled rotors and ceramic pads for Expedition, Navigators and F150's. Just go to Ebay Motors and search for "Expedition Rotor Pads" Seems like a really good deal and the seller has great feedback. I hated the rotors on my 04 F150 they seemed to warp out alot and I was never one to hammer on the brakes or wash after driving a long ways. Maybe this package is the answer.

FWIW, the drilled/slotted rotor is not to prevent so-called warping. It is to help dissapate heat faster so that it doesn't transfer to the caliper and therefore the fluid. Hot fluid causes brake fade.
They are indeed overkill for the Expy and only serve as eye candy. Plus, they cannot be resurfaced with a normal machine.
