'37 V8-60 block repair

Looking for suggestions on the best way to repair the tin-sided block on my '37 V8-60. It appears that someone attempted silver-solder at one time, then patched it up with some type of epoxy. I am down to a 4 lb. radiator cap, and it's still leaking coolant(from the repair) I need to fix the dam before it lets loose on me!! Any input will be welcome. Thanks in advance...

Cubman, if you don't get an answer here, check with the guys at this link - they are the premier flathead guys online. You may have to register with MSN groups to post a question, but it's worth the hassle. One of the guys there even races V860's. Good luck.
