Yet another rreason to stay over here lol. I get the Afghan Special for 2.50. Granted sometimes you have a head in the way of the movie most of the time, but its still 2 bucks. And it brings the movie theatre "feel" to your television.

Instead of paying 9 bucks a head for me and the GF, plus all the overpriced theater crap, and the 15 bucks of diesel to go round trip, I just buy a DVD at Wal Mart... that way I can actually see the movie when I watch it again later that week...

Or just go to the drive in, its about 10 miles closer, only 6 bucks each for TWO movies, and I can bring in all my own food. The only problem is no beer, but I guess you can't have everything.

So gas hit 3.95 here, and diesel went down to 4.56. This is the best thing for me since I got the bike.

when i was up in santa cruz (about an hour south of San Fransisco) they had a drive in that was a dubble feature and it was 7 a head not to bad, even had all the new movies too...
