Rear Door Panel Removal

Rear Door Panel Removal
I just got my new 2009 F250 Crew Cab XLT 3 weeks ago. Last friday, a container of lobster bisque spilled in the back seat and on the rear door. Apparently, some of the creamy soup got behind the door panel and it now reeks of soured cream.
My question is: How do you remove the door panel on the rear door so I can clean behind it?

Aloha!
Remove the reflector at the bottom to reveal the bolt/screw. Remove that.
Push the window switch housing forward so that it comes unlatched (so to speak). You may need something to pry it forward.
This exposes another bolt. Remove.
Lift panel straight up. Remember to disconnect any locking/latching mechanisms and unplug the power plug to the window control.
Good luck!

I have the supercab (extended cab) and the first thing you do is remove the screws for the clip that pops out the rear windows. Remove that panel and there is two screws and two plastic pressed in rivet things. I ended up breaking the plastics rivets and getting new ones from Lowe's. Anyway, after the rivets and screws the bottom door panel lift up and off.
If you need a better description I might still have pictures from when I took off the panels to install new speakers.

'08 doors are a little different. I'm guessing there are no changes for '09 (you have an '09 already?)
There are 3 screws to remove. 2 are directly under the arm rest and the 3rd is at the bottom of the door panel. Next push up on the window switch panel, then unplug it. Then just lift the panel striaght up. If you have the audiofile sound system, you will have to unplug the small speaker in the door panel before you can set it aside. The lock buttom will need to be down.
When putting it back on, align the tabs with the slots in the door and the lock botton with the slot for it on the panel, then push down slightly, the panel should line right up. Don't forget to plug the speaker back into the harness. All you have to do next is plug the window switch back in and put the 3 screws back in until snug. If you over tighten you will strip the plastic they thread into.

I have an '04 LariI have an ’04 Lariat, so things were a little different, but that being said I had a much better idea of what to look for with your most helpful information. The reason I needed to get the panel off was that the door made a loud pop sound the day before and the window came down. I have secured the window in the up position with the aid of a tiny c-clamp and a piece of scrap metal. Now I have to procure the necessary parts for repair. There is a cable with a covering on it that is approximately ten inches long with plastic connectors on either end. It was not secured where it should be and the plastic that it snaps into is broken. I’m not sure where the other end of the cable connects but the part that is broken is on the bottom outside edge of what I would call the motor and I know that one end of the cable goes in there. I’m not sure if that is the only problem I have with this unit. The motor did respond for me when I connected the switch and tried it, but with the cable not in it’s keepers, could not function properly and it seemed to want to kind of bind where it unwinds from the motor.
