Is the tach moving while cranking? CPS issue.

Top front engine. I'm sorry don't have a pict. It takes an allen wrench to remove the plug. Oil should be about 1/2 inch from the top. Edit. found a pict

HPOP Res pictures from trucks photos on webshots
Keep the batteries charged and the starter cool and she should fire.

Try to fill the HPOP to the top. You need at least 10.5 volts for the IDM to fire the injectors, remember this if after heating glow plugs. Gotta be sure the batteries are full charged.

Took "alls" advise...
Batteries charged to 100 %
All fuses checked - none blown
Topped off HPOP reservoir...took 4oz.
Still cranked... w/o firing....

Unplugged / replugged all related connections..
Fired right up...
