I don't but I'm amazed that someone actually uses that. I have always been afraid to take it out for just that reason.

Does the jack work well? Some one will come along with a photo .

Good question. I actually sold my F250 gasser with the jack in the bed. Told the guy who bought it to figure out how it went back in.

Thanks Kurt. He has exact explantion of it.

PuttingTheJack&TheTireIronUnderTheHood

Place the tire iron into the holder with the end that goes over the nut pointing up. this should place the tire iron next to the finder well. Next screw the jack all the way down. Place the top of the jack pointing toward the cab and the yellow screw end pointing down toward the tire and the bottom of the jack will fit into the slot that is in the fender well.

Maybe all of us should print these instructions out and paste them to the engine side of the passenger fender. Hmmmm I think that I will.

WHAT! The jack can fit under the hood?? Mines behind the rear seat, rattles like he**.....makes it easy to find tho . The tire iron comes in handy too when I have to travel through the inner city (Detroit).
