Probably not straight but diluted with heat fuel it sure can.

Yep, been doing it for about 20 tears now with no problems. But keep in mind that I am dumping about 4 gallons of used oil on top of about 100 gallons of home heating oil. IF my tank is real low i will dump it in just before they fill it so it gets mixed up and thined out. Some people dump it in there trucks tank but I would not recomend it.

They do make waste oil oil burners.

I have a buddy with a waste oil burner in his garage, which is where mine's been going . . . until now. I'll add it to my heating oil tank with my next fill-up and log another $15 to the money I've saved thanks to FTE!
