What is goin on with diesel prices!? GAWD!
A week and a half ago diesel was $3.69 at the local shell station, two days ago it was $3.79 at the same station. I drove by it today and it was $3.85! That's a 16 cent jump in less than two weeks!
When I bought my truck last summer diesel was only $2.99 and gas was nearly $4 a gallon.
It's ridiculous!

3.89 here and higher...... ouch, i stopped filling at 130 bucks.
they have already come righ tout and said that supply is no longer driving the price of fuel, the supply is growing daily adn we havnt even got all of the striking refineries overseas delivering again yet. the price is going up because our american dollar is losing value as we approach a recession and the oil trade is based on the euro dollar. since it is worth less then the foreign currency we are paying more for our own oil. unleaded shoulf hit 4.00 a galon and diesel at 475 or more by end of spring

I bought mine at $2.89 from Thanksgiving until the first week of Feb. I think it was the last of the fuel in our area with sulphur. I felt like it was going up because I listen to the news each day at lunch, so I found another place and bought 100 gallons at $3.15 Sunday before last. I am working on running home brew bio by the time I run that out!

I PRAY for the day when the bottom falls out of the markets....and investors and speculators loose their a$$es....I hope to see many of them taking out their frustration on the pavement as they leap from the 30th floor of their office buildings....
