Power steering high pressure line

Power steering high pressure line
Hi Guys,My high pressure line burst ,so I got another line from Autozone,my question is the old line had about 2 inchs of line that went down into the power steering unit itself and the nut and bulge was 2inchs higher up the line which was fine,the new hose doesnt have any extra line that goes down into the steering unit itself just a flare on the very end of it,so do I have the right line,or should I go to Ford and get it ?
