help w/ batteries

Need to replace the two batteries on a 02 F350 Lariat w/a 7.3..do theres batteries have 650 cranking amps or 750?? thanks...

Stock, I believe they have 750 Cold Cranking Amp batteries. I replaced mine with Interstate which have 850 CCA's.

--> Motorcraft BXT65-750 is rated 750CCA and 935CA
--> Interstate MTP-65 is rated 850CCA and 1000CA

got mine from advanced auto they have 850cca. working good for me, plus 3year free replacment.

Got mine from NAPA - 850CCA + warranty. Be careful though - find a place that turns over a lot of batteries or you may get stuck w/ old ones that won't last long. (Check the mfg date codes - find ones <90 days old if you can) Also try to get two batteries w/ the same lot & date codes so they'll be fairly well matched.

personally, i wouldnt go with anything less than 850 CCA. as far as brand, there aare many threads on here disputing brands. some have good luck with auto parts chain store brands or wal marts ones, some dont. i am very happy with my interstates.
