Thumbs up

Everyone ought to have at least one of those, as a conversation piece.
Paper weight?
Make a door knocker out of it!
Thanks!

Dick,

Awesome link!!!! Thanks

Its just perfect. I mounted on old speaker grill to my dash that came from the rear seat of a 65 Pontiac Bonneville. The V8 emblem will be just perfect to replace the original Pancho emblem.

I got the link on the hamb. i think the guy said it (that design)was off a 34 - 37 somewhere in there Ford Truck.

I think that will be the &&its mounted at a rakish angle on the rear door of my Panel or on the tailgate of a PU.

Same unit as the one on the tailgate as the very late model Exploder if equipped with a V-8 eng. Just measured the one next door, same dimensions.

You are correct. DST, emblem tape, (double sided pressure sensitive tape, solvent resistant, same as Tremco or 3M. Black 1/64" thick with a paper release liner ). Peel and stick. Have seen on air cleaners, tailgate, front fender by running baord, on smoothed firewalls. I am working on an exhaust hole plug (insert) lazer cut with same design. The CAD program is crazy on this one.

CIAF,

I don't think this is the same one as found on late model Explorers. Notice how Dick's is kinda squarish in the profile of the letters with rounded edges or corners. As I recall, the one on the Explorer is very rounded in profile - like a half circle shape.

I may be mistaken but I don't think so. (I hope I'm right - I noticed the Explorer one and had planned to use on the bottom corner of my tailgate after it's painted.....)

Does anyone understand what 'm tryin to say?
