electronic automatic temperature control

Hi, hope someone can help, dealer can't. I just bought a used 2003 F150 Lariat, with the EATC system(outside air temp, and thermostat type control for interior temp) Problem is, the display reads temp(inside and out) in Centigrade, and I can't figure out how to change display to Fahrenheit. Owners manual only talks about the outside air temp displayed on the overhead indicator. On my model, onverhead is only compass. Exterior temp is displayed on the EATC display. Anyone know how to change display to Fahrenheit? am too old to learn centigrade, and am wasting gas driving by banks that display both temps!(small joke) Jerry

When my daughter was in high school and I was driving her to school in the morning, I would put it centrigade mode just to get her mind working on the conversion. She finally figured out to switch it back to fahrenheit.
