how do i remove that stuff that is around the valve stem it looks like clear coat pealing or something and i want too polish up the rims anyone have a tips on what to do
For a quick fix, use 400 wet sandpaper and clean all the mess off, then recoat with clear. A better fix would be to go to a wheel shop and have them redo the whole wheel.

kool thanks. what do you think it is the clear coat pealing or some type of sealant
I had the same wheels with the same problem. Wat I did was got some aircraft paint stripper and sprayed the entire wheel. Then I used a plastic bondo spreader and scrapped off the now soft clear. After that I took 1200 grit sand paper to remove the black left on the wheel. Then I used 1500 grit to make the surface smooth and even for polishing. I got out the old mothers ball and a can of mothers mag and aluminum polish and kept polishing until the were shiny.
My only other sugestion is once you get them smooth again get them re-cleared again. if you leave them as just polished aluminum you will constantly have to keep up with them!

yup, these wheels looked real bad, and i did the same... this is what i ended up with. with no coating, they will require more work to keep looking good though.
