its a 2002 ford explorer sport with 131,000 miles. Never have done any maintenance on it and I bought it brand new. Well except the oil changes of course. Anyways heres the break down.

hub and bearing assembly $266 each x 2 = $533.20

(i found these online for like half the price but i guess they need to make money on the parts too)

tie rod end $43.10

total for parts is $581

tune up is $350
coolant is $80
tranny is $110
4 wheel alignment is $70
4 hours of labor for the wheel bearings and tierod is $280 (4 hours)

For what it's worth, the price for front end work is about what I paid for a similar job on my 1997.

You don't need a four wheel alignment if you have a 2 door sport as you have a solid rear axle.

$80 for a coolant change is a HUGE ripp off.

If this is so thats still not that bad when your figuring $1500...what do u think....either way the car is being worked on as we speak, just wanted to make sure i wasent gettin ripped a new one, thanks guys!

Alignments run $50-65 depending on where you take it so that isn't that far off.
