Albuquerque Diesel Dyno Day 12/8/07

Anybody local to Albuquerque/Rio Rancho

Suber?

Rubberduck get on home for the weekend!!

There is a local dyno day in Rio Rancho on Saturday 12/8. I plan to be there. Any predictions on what I might lay down w/ my mods listed? What is the best way as far as shifting/throttle to get the highest results? What is the best gear to use w/ a ZF?

Info can be had on NMTDR.com (a local Ram site but the site mod works same place I do and is a good guy.)

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Sounds like fun! too far for me to drive though LOL. I think you will be 230-250 Hp. Are you running the Banks Chip? or just the IC?

I have the Banks Power Pack chip and turbo. No IC. Ran outta letters on my sig. I'm trying to say Banks Power Pack but no IC. That's a future mod though.

BTW I did notice quite a difference between the Stinger Plus and PP chips after they swapped it out for me. A little more smoke too.

What about torque?

I would guess in the 450-475 range. But I am by no means an expert. I am just throwing out numbers.

I plan to post pics and some vids if I can load them up to Supermotors. Haven't loaded any vids yet. Anything we all can do to make black clouds to contribute to algore's demise!!

Could that be a little low? A friend modded his dad's 97 7.3, auto, 4.10s w/ only intake, exhaust and a chip. I'm not sure what kind of chip but it is not a TW or DP. His torque was in the high 600s at the wheels.

Which tranny gear would give the best numbers? Guess I'll find out!
