Wantin 2 know what upgrade can be done on tranny 4r70w???

1) shift kit??? some brands / ADVICE on INSTALLATION maybe

2)swapn torque converter?? what brand/stall/size & what difference should I expect or TC makes no difference

3)rebuild kits or whatever else needed for more HP

just any advice that can be made appreciated
wanting to upgrade tranny to get any more power i can get
out of my ride!!! if possible

4) what kind of power can a 4r70w withstand??? stock vrs upgraded

Hey, I wish I had all the answers, but alas, I don't.
I think maybe you could try the transmission forum here at FTE and maybe somebody there would know and could offer up info.
