Question 56 oil pump to oil pickup tube leak

I cleaned out 1 of my trucks oil pan and now after installing the new pan gasket and buttoning pan back up and new oil and filter----I have a leak. It leaks worse when oil pump is working. It leaks on side of pan at the pickup tube. Is there a gasket or ? for there? I have to fix this soon. I hhave good oil pressure and it sounds ok--just leaks. Must be a gasket????? any ideas???.......Bill

Talking Leaky Oil Pan

If I remember correctly there's a fiber washer that goes on the outside
behind the tube nut. The part number is B4A-6626-B . I hope this helps.

Do you mean the dipstick tube? What engine is this? Flatheads have a gasket behind the piece that is riveted to the side of the pan. I don't know of any pans that you could see the pickup tube leaking.
