EEC-V Codes

Got a "service engine soon" light on the 97 4.6L. How do I pull the codes ??? Does not have a STAR connector like the EEC-IV system. Seems to require some kind of special reader. Any help here ??

Requires an OBDII scan tool. Lots of them out there.
