F/S '90 Ranger 157km Calgary, Canada
Hey guys, I found a deal through a friend on a pathfinder, god help me, and I have to let this go. I wish I could keep this as a parts hauler as it's a comfortable driver and has been extremely reliable but I just can't afford two vehicles right now.
1990 Ford Ranger Custom
-Extended cab
-2.9 Litre
-2wd
-157k
-Auto.
-White exterior
-Blue/gray interior
The following work was done at 141 k when I bought the truck:
-Fuel pump, fuel filter, k&n cone filter, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, wires, front and rear brakes, 02 sensor, muffler, tailpipe, windshield, positive battery cable, passenger side valve cover gasket.
-New rad hoses (last week)
-Half-ton rear springs from Standens.
-Does not burn oil
-Slight leak from drivers side valve cover. NO OTHER LEAKS.
-Tach
-Venting side windows
-Chrome front bumper
-Leather wrapped steering wheel
-Alloys (clearcoat peeling)
I bought it from my work last year at 141 k. Truck was bought new by Finning and used until '01.
The front rotors may need to be turned (brake pulse)
There is a slight lifter tick coming from the passenger side, I've been monitoring it over the last six months and it hasn't gotten any worse.
The bed of the truck is quite used, the inside of the box has a lot of dents, and there is surface rust around the body. Paint is quite worn but original. Leading edge of hood and parts of the box have been repainted. (rust repair)
$3000 obo.
Note the second picture, the truck has gray carpet now. Unfortunately with the 5 speed cutout.
