How important is washing your bio?
#31
Mongo I have a 45lb bad coming to me here in Phoenix, how much would you need? Fab, my batch got mixed with a dirty tote of motor oil. Ive settled for 2 weeks on Sunday and curretly have a thin film on top but you can def see the settled difference between the black glycering and dark hershey bio. Waiting for the filters and Magnosol to arrive before I touch it again but I think I will have the only wmo/ bio if I cant get it filtered correctly.

Danny for no more than you have just the settling like you did will be fine, if you were making and running a lot of it then yeah going ahead and setting up to use magnesol might be a good idea but a lot of guys still do nothing more than let the fuel settle and call it good and don't have a problem.

Rob- yeah, that's what I've been doing. Let it settle a day or two and siphon all but the last two inches or so, I could probably take more but it's 1) safer, and 2) easy to dump it into a clean cubie and then siphon outta that once it settles. I don't know if it's really even worth getting bio from this guy anymore- this ongoin process of 15 gal at a time is getting to be a PITA and I still got about 60 gals to go....
